Wright's Quarter Horses is located in the heart of   California's   central coast.  The Wright's breed, raise, train and sell champion reined cow horses, cutting and reining horses.

Walter and Sharon were both raised on ranches and have been involved with horses all of their lives.  Their love for horses has carried through to their son and partner, Justin.

In addition to their breeding program Walt and Sharon also keep a full schedule of riding lessons. Walt's non pros learn the intricacies of the reined work as well as working cattle, while Sharon handles the children and beginners.  Justin, along with our ranch help, starts all of the two year olds and keeps his show horses in shape.  Walt and our working men train the outside horses that come in for training.

In 2002, Wright's Quarter Horses had the honor of being named the Leading Breeder of Reined Cow Horses- the fulfillment of a life long dream!
